General AI tools give you a blank box. Nousara is built specifically for tutoring. It captures the actual session audio, structures the analysis around topics, confidence and next steps, keeps a running history for each student, generates exam style diagrams and practice questions, and produces reports formatted for parents. You get the tutoring specific workflow, the memory across sessions, and the safeguards, rather than starting from scratch in a chat window every time.
Free is for trying Nousara on a couple of sessions a month. Basic suits tutors finding their feet who want reports and progress charts. Pro is for professional independent tutors who want unlimited analyses, shareable parent reports and full analytics. Agency is for tutoring teams and small firms who need multiple tutor seats and centralised student management.
Agency is £48.99 per month as a base, plus £21.99 for each active tutor seat. You only pay for seats that are actually in use, so the cost scales with your team rather than forcing you to buy a large bundle up front.
An active seat is a tutor in your agency who has been given access and is using Nousara. If a tutor leaves or stops using the platform, you stop paying for that seat. This keeps agency pricing fair as your team changes.
Yes. Pro includes a 14 day trial, and annual Pro includes the same 14 day trial as monthly. A card is required to start the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends without being charged.
Yes. You can move between monthly and annual at any time from your billing settings. Annual billing is offered at a lower effective monthly rate.
Your session data is processed on UK and EU based infrastructure, and the AI analysis runs with zero data retention, which means session content is not kept by the AI provider once it has been processed. Any limited transfers outside the UK and EU are covered by approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. You remain in control of your students' records at all times.
Nousara is built child first. Where a student is old enough to hold their own data rights, consent belongs to them, and parental access is a transparent layer that the student authorises rather than a default. Consent is recorded securely and is never stored in plain readable form. Tutors and agencies are guided through the correct consent steps as part of onboarding.
Nousara records sessions on the major meeting platforms, including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex and GoTo, using a recording assistant that joins the call. For in browser whiteboard classrooms such as Lessonspace, Bramble and Vedamo, Nousara captures the session audio directly in the browser.
Reports can be shared with parents, and where enabled a parent can be given a transparent view of their child's progress. On Agency plans, students and parents belong to the agency, so the relationship stays with your firm.
Yes. Every paid plan can be cancelled from your billing settings. When you cancel you keep access until the end of your current billing period, then move to the Free plan. Your account and history are not deleted.
